Kedungu Beach



Kedungu beach as its name located at Kedungu, Belalang village Kediri distric and Tabanan regency. Its about 45 minutes Western of Denpasar, and 15 minutes Western from Tanah Lot temple at Beraban village.


Its a public heritage beach, it was a place for picnic by locals every sunday and holiday like Banyupinaruh or Galungan day. To reach kedungu beach, we will see a great rice farm along the road since entering Belalang village, because the villagers is mostly farmers, not to many of them work as a fisherman, thus the youngster mostly go to tourism industry and some of them are surfing on the beach.

Ringed by coral reefs and old shipwrecks Bali is a Haven below the wave as well, her currents and color long known to snorkelers and divers. For the most part, equipment can be rented easily, and yachts are available for charter to the reefs farther offshore. Travel agencies and major hotels in Denpasar, Kuta, Sanur, and  Nusa Dua have plenty of informations , as well as trips that you can join up with if you're on your own. There are several dive shops gaining good reputations that can be of service, including Bali Marine Sports in Sanur and Spice Dive at Lovina Beach in the North.

White Water Rafting in Bali

Bali, the island of cultural beauty, also has deeply wild side of winding rivers and small embankment villages that have become interesting explorations for travelers. Unlike the true "white water" rafting in Sumatra or Irian Jaya, this waterways provide more of a pleasant Eco-cultural tour than a sheer trail ride, but have the added advantage of interaction with both Balinese nature and traditions.

Snorkeling at Lembongan

Nusa Lembongan is one of Bali's sister islands. A small islands at eastern of Bali along with the other neighboring  islands, Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Penida. Its approximate 8 square kilometers in size. The local Lembonganese are Hindus and they are welcome outsiders especially tourist. You will find a little bit different culture compare with Bali main island.

Neither hawkers nor traffic mar the magnificent scenery; this is a fine place to just put your feet up and relax. Main activities include surfing, diving and snorkeling. The water is some of the clearest you will find anywhere, and a vivid aqua blue in colour.

Nusa Penida

Nusa Penida is an island southeast of Bali island, Indonesia. Administratively, the island is a district of Klungkung regency. There are two small islands nearby: Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. The Badung Strait separates the island and Bali. The interior of Nusa Penida is hilly with a maximum altitude of 524 metres. It is drier than the nearby island of Bali. Unlike the neighbouring small island of Nusa Lembongan there is very little tourist infrastructure here.

Airport Lefts

As the name implies, Airport lefts is in front of the northern side of the airport runway in Tuban, about 1.5kms south of Kuta Reef and approx 1km from the beach. Hire one of the local boats to get there, and save your energy for surfing.
Season - Dry Season (May-September)
Swell Direction - South
Ideal Size - at 4-5 ft - Airport Lefts begins to close when it gets bigger than this.
Best Winds - South East Trade Winds
Break - This break is a favourite of Japanese surfers so it can get crowded, and is a favourite with Japanese surfers. The waves are not a super powerful and the wave only runs for about 70 mtrs.
